Manager – Customer Service Group

Joseph VarlackJoe has worked in customer service since 1991 while he was a student at the State University of New York at Old Westbury. He worked at Professional Design Systems (PDS) where he provided quality assurance, client training and technical support to accounting professionals using PDS software applications. He joined MedNet in 2001 as a web developer working with new clients on design and content.

Joe presently manages MedNet’s Customer Service Group, where he is responsible for updates and changes to more than 2,500 active client websites. He works closely with MedNet’s Development and Information Technology groups to ensure that client websites are accurate and up to date. His department handles as many as 100 changes daily.
